By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

You agree not to use the website or products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the website's security or operation, submit fraudulent information, or transmit malicious code.

A product's appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or ordinary manufacturing variation. Product availability is subject to change. The order confirmation and checkout details identify the product and price applicable to your order.

3. Prices and Promotions
Prices and currencies are shown on the website and at checkout. The final price payable is the price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges shown before you submit your order. Promotions, bundle offers, and discounts are subject to their displayed terms and may be changed or withdrawn prospectively. A promotion will not alter an order already accepted except where required by law or agreed with you.
4. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an inventory or fulfillment problem, or a material pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for that order. Shipping availability, charges, tracking, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The Shipping Policy does not reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, the 30-night money-back guarantee, and defective or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back. The policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Veloria Publishing OÜ in Estonia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the country where you live. Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on non-waivable rights available to you under local law.
